thank you for your email and thank you for giving me the opportunity to explain, why do I meet the criteria for the membership and why I ask again to recommend my person to be the member of AJPA.
As I filled the Application for individual membership in the American Jewish Press Association, I found the following sentence (as condition for being member): "Individual members must provide five (5) examples of published articles and a Letter of Recommendation from an editor or producer with a Jewish media organization with a completed application."
I have sent the completed application for individual membership and I have sent the Letter of Recommendation from Mr. Goldberg and I have sent more than five scanned articles in German language (not in English) which were published in Juedische Zeitung from June 2011, October 2011, November 2011 as well as January 2012, February 2012, March 2012 and April 2012. These my articles are about Torah, inventors (Noah, Josef and Moshe) and implementation of inventions as well as about my discovery, that the first patent law is revealed in Torah and thus the whole economic growth and development is based on Torah. I have also demonstrated, that the Israeli society under leadeship of Moshe was the Invention Implementation Society, which can be also established today for the dynamic solving of especially biomedical problems of people. These my articles were also published as my book "Die Informergie" (The Informergia, ISBN 978-3-942855-29-7).
I have already sent the scanned articles, but you can find these scanned articled in Juedische Zeitung and the text of the book Informergia in German on my new blog http://toraandalexandercherkasky.blogspot.de/. (please see the attachment of this blog and you will see the articles).
In addition, I wrote about the facts of extreme anti-Semitism in Germany. The organization Jewish Defense League (JDL) Germany published my text in German "Menschenfeindliche Universität zu Köln und Ute Deichmann" (Xenophobic University of Cologne and Ute Deichmann).

The totality of facts is unique and concerns every person, because every person can need innovative biomedical help and also because the topics consequences of the Holocaust and modern Germany concern every person. The paradox is, that people need my inventions, but people do not get my inventions, for example for extension of cell life, for combating AIDS/HIV, Ebola, viruses outside and inside the cells and for combating cancer and autoimmune diseases. The fact is, that millions of people suffer from diseases, but can be healed. Especially articles in America and a film about my story described on this blog will certainly change the situation and give to people a real new hope.

So sorry for the delays. Between being away, the Israel situation and talking with my colleagues, it's taken awhile to get back to you.

Thanks again for your application. I've communicated with both AJPA staff and our board president, Marshall Weiss, about your submission.

To answer your question, I am not the ultimate authority on membership decisions. The membership committee reviews submissions and makes a recommendation to the Executive Committee of AJPA. So it is a democratic process.

I reviewed the information in the links you provided about your writing. Most of what I could find was related to your scientific research and your views about how that research has been received by others in the scientific community. That does not fall within the scope of AJPA's mission or that of its members, who are individuals and organizations that provide news, information, opinion and analysis about happenings in the Jewish world.

I read the recommendation letter from Michael Goldberg and tried to perform a web search of the newspaper he referenced in the letter but could find no English language site at the sites that came up during that search. I saw that you referenced newspaper articles in English but I could find none. I apologize if I was doing something wrong in that regard.

I did go to your Facebook page and found links largely to the sites you had referenced in your other postings.

We are not an exclusive organization but the membership categories generally include media organizations and writers who have been published in those or other media outlets, We do have affiliate organization members who intersect on a regular basis with the Jewish media as well. I cannot speak for others but I am having difficulty finding a nexus between your writing and what we do as an organization. Please do not take this in any way as a commentary on your writing, your research or your objectives, but simply as my view about why your submission doesn't appear to be consistent with the AJPA's membership categories.
